Hello. The torrent seems fine, though there are no seeds. Do you have it loaded in a bittorrent client? uTorrent is a good choice.

You must load the .torrent file in a client like utorrent (you can download the .torrent from here; the client will check it, and then you’ll be seeding it). Then you must wait until there are other seeds beside you (the “seeds” counter must be 2 at least, or the “availability” must be 2.000 or greater; but better if they are greater, like 4 or 5)
While you wait you reach that amount, you can turn off your computer or disconnect from the internet as much as you want, but you have to reconnect after.
You can also upload it in other trackers, like “btjunkie” (can be done annonimously) or “The Pirate Bay” (needs user account)
