This is the only book in the GE series you should absolutely skip. Traviss is a hack that destroys the worldbuilding that came before her books when she collaborates with other authors. As if what she did to the Halo series with Glasslands wasn’t enough evidence, the many contradictions to established canon she tries to introduce in this book prove she should only stick with her own works and stay as far the hell away from other author’s works as possible.
