Unabridged
The year is 3149, and a vast paper destroying blight-papyralysis-has obliterated much of the planet’s written history. However, these rare memoirs, preserved for centuries in a volcanic rock, record the strange life of a man trapped in a hermetically sealed underground community. Translated by Michael Kandel and Christine Rose.

This is a good reading; however, for some unaccountable reason it omits the first chapter of the book, called the Introduction, which sets up the whole story, so that if you don’t already know what the book is about you are left completely confused by what you hear, and without any point of reference. The basic situation is explained in the blurb on this page though. Why anybody would go to the trouble of recording a whole audiobook and leave out the first chapter is beyond me.

I have to add though that I appreciate finding Lem anywhere I can find him!
