This book seams to have a high pitched tinker artifact sound. Anyone know of a version without the problem?

As far as I can tell, for some reason at 4:58:– It says chapter 13, and immediately goes back to a chapter from the first books, and continues for a while before getting back to the where it left off. I believe it said chapter 14 when it picks back up, so I can’t tell if I missed something, or this is one huge editing error.
