Five thrilling novelisations of TV stories set on exotic planets, from Marinus to Mars and beyond.

In The Keys of Marinus the First Doctor, Susan, Ian and Barbara are enlisted to find five crucial items vital to peace on Marinus.

in The Nightmare of Eden a distress call brings the Fourth Doctor, Romana and K-9 to the scene of a freak accident in space, where they uncover a dangerous web of intrigue.

The Caves of Androzani form the backdrop to the Fifth Doctor’s explosive final adventure, as he seeks to save the life of his companion Peri, and in Vengeance on Varos the Sixth Doctor and Peri incur the wrath of Sil, the sadistic representative of the Galatron Mining Corporation.

In The Waters of Mars the first human colony on the red planet is destined for destruction in a nuclear explosion, but the Tenth Doctor resolves to break the rules as he never has before…

Jamie Glover, Dan Starkey, Peter Davison, Martin Jarvis and Maureen O’Brien read these thrilling novelisations, with John Leeson as the Voice of K-9.
