Dramatization
An unseen force is attacking and destroying oil risg in the North Sea. In rural Scotland the day after the third attack, the Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan arrive in a small village where Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and U.N.I.T. are investigating the latest destruction.
Huckle, a representative of Hiberian Oil leads the Doctor, Harry and the Brigadier to his headquarters, where survivors of the rig’s destruction are having their injuries treated. Meanwhile, another survivor, named Munro, washes up on a shoreline.
At the village’s inn, Sarah talks to the landlord Angus, and admires a stuffed deer’s head. Angus reveals the head was a gift from the Duke of Forgill, a local landowner, and tells her an old legend about Tulloch Moor, where many people have disappeared in the mist over the centuries.
On his way back to the village, Harry sees Munro on the moor, but before Munro can reveal what happened to the rig he is shot dead. A second shot severely injures Harry. The Doctor returns to the inn and starts work on a radio probe to check for localised signal jamming, but receives a phone call stating Harry has been found injured on the moor. He and Sarah visit Harry in Hiberian Oil’s sickbay.
While Sarah stays with Harry, the Doctor leaves and spots a piece of wreckage from a destroyed rig pierced with strange holes. He takes it back to the inn and makes a plaster cast of inside the holes, which resemble large fangs. At the sickbay, Harry starts to awaken. Sarah tries to telephone the Doctor, but is grabbed by an orange-skinned creature …

Great stuff. Thanks for the multi-format upload.

This is NOT an audiobook or audio drama, but simply a recording of the sound from the episode, which makes no sense without narration. You might as well just download the episode and watch it!

Once again, NOT the audiobook it claims to be - if you’re expecting the audiobook narrated by Elizabeth Sladen, don’t bother. In fact, I wouldn’t bother at all - As Smythers says above, it’s the soundtrack to the TV episodes.

Seriously smythers, after uploading all that fan made $hit, you’re complaining about genuine BBC made Doctor Who??!!
There are quite a number of us that enjoy listening to these soundtracks, while driving etc. And if you’d bothered to check the file listing you’d have seen it also includes the video files for imbeciles like you with no imagination.
And you say Mark Kalita is better than Vincent Van Gogh? Unbelievable!!

Funny comments above - I thought it was relatively clear what this was … I didn’t see anywhere it was claimed to be an audiobook

Well, the fact that it’s been uploaded to a site called ‘audiobookbay’ would suggest that the torrent contains an audiobook rather than a ripped TV soundtrack and some low quality video files. The accompanying photo, aside from being square, the usual shape for a CD audiobook, also mentions ‘with Elizabeth Sladen’, a single cast member, suggesting a narration, as opposed to the audio from the actual episodes, in which Ian Marter, Nicholas Courtney and a host of others, all of whom are surely able to be given the ‘with’ prefix. And if I was on a metered internet connection, I’d feel at touched irked if I downloaded this only to find I had wasted nearly 400Mb on something I didn’t want. As for your claim that Smythers is an imbecile, he’s not the one hurling insults, presumably because your vocabulary isn’t good enough to find the words to make a proper argument. And if you don’t want ‘fan made $hit then don’t download it! At least if you do, you’ll kmow what your getting.
