What a good citizen. Trying to ensure that the few survivors near him all die. In order to make sure the temporary water situation doesn’t cause him a hassle in the biggest emergency in a thousand years. Like the virus wont be gone from the water supply in a few months. And the aquifer will not dry up in 100 years or more. 100% he will take what is not his from these same people in this book.

Haven’t hear it yet, markpollack but in the real world the problem isn’t sharing water, the problem is the government wants it all, not just the water, to control it and will never give it back, you will be lucky if they just don’t kill you anyway.
