What does 256k have to do with ANYTHING? You obviously know nothing about encoding if an upload at 256K makes you think the quality is somehow better. And, I know this is an underhanded remark at ME.
I use LAME encoding on my files to ensure that the artwork is embedded in all my files. And yes, I hate M4As and always convert them to 128k MP3s. They go up a bit to 170K or so when I do the LAME encoding.
I am tired of the bitware! This is aimed at people who make comments like this on MY downloads. I spend over $100 a month on Big Finish and, out of the goodness of my heart, share it with ungrateful people who whine about not getting 256k. They have no technical knowledge about file quality, of course.
This is my TWO cents toward your underhanded comment toward me and my uploads!

Appreciate the audiobook post along with the bitrate info posting along with higher bitrate files regardless of format (mp3, m4a/m4b).
