  Thanks for the upload. I already had all of this but you are suredly making alot of peoples jobs much easier. The time I would saved collecting all the stuff I have, if they were available in one big torrent like this. I literally spent probably 40hrs a week for 2 months chasing down every little bit Doctor Who i could find, all the Big Finish I could find, etc.. Collection hundreds of audio dramas one item at a time takes alot of work. And even more to cleany organize and sort everything like done for this torrent.

  There are still some items I do not have tho. Like those Avengers volume 5-7. I finally purchased The Omega Factor volume 1 after waiting forever for someone to upload it (the audiobook is up, not the dramatized production, that has a part 2 coming out soon). I also picked up The newer Big Finish Steed and Peel avengers comic strip dramatization volumes 1 and 2 as well. Since this site (and well everywhere else on the internet) seems to have a severe lack of audio drama being shared, particularly outside of Big Finish stuff, I have been purchases a ton of Colonial Radio Theater stuff on CD from Amazon (and some other stuff like Fangorias Dreadtime Volume 1 and 2, Graphic Audio that has never been put up, various CD volumes of Jim French stuff that was put out, etc….) and ripping them. I hope to figure out making a torrent and get them posted soon

  Keep up the good work (all you guys) sharing all this good audio drama with us. Nothing wrong with a plain audiobook, but for me nothing beats a full dramatized production. And there are far to few people sharing this stuff

  I’m only downloading a couple of files that are in a higher resolution than my existing collection, but that 118MB will take 25 weeks at the current speed (0/6 seeds, 34/297 peers).

  Just an observation, there’s a duplication of When Vila met Gan from the Early Years stories into Liberator Chronicles V11. This carries over from the original torrent of LC11. Unfortunately, the original torrent was incorrect, the bonus episode in LC11 is Remnants, which is missing from this upload.

  Yep, this is one of a growing list of recent torrents that are worthless because they are not seeded, despite being new. Not a single person with 100% seeding. Looks like we gota another Star Trek audio dramas torrent here. Ive been downloading that since it was posted and are only upto 7.8% , it wasnt even anywhere near that last I checked. It will take years at the current rate, literally.

  I have all of the rest in different sizes except for the Lucifer trilogy; looking forward to hearing those two.

  A Reply to trax0r (and anyone else complaining about seeds):

  I think you failed to grasp how torrents work.

  smythers1977 has recently posted BOTH the torrents you are complaining about - and he is doing us a favor by sharing his collections.

  I would imagine that (like me) smythers1977 does not have a server dedicated to seeding torrents and so he will seed when he can (he cannot keep a computer running 24/7 just to keep you happy). This means that it will take a while for anyone to complete. Once a few people complete then you will have your seeds.

  Just be patient chap (and keep seeding for others when you do eventually complete).

  It’s weird there’s a few people stuck on 4.2% (most have utorrent 3.4.9) while the rest are on 78% (with older versions of utorrent). Anyone know why a later version of utorrent can’t catch up with the rest of the pack? Is there some setting with DHT or something that needs to be changed?

  Its not “that last push from someone” - its the OP, the Seeder, to actually be online… And Will, sorry but you miss the point.. the point was “Why seed a new torrent when you have not finished this one”. That just made this one EVEN slower…

  Nobody is unhappy he has a slow connection (thats just bad luck) but he could have made life easier for everyone with a little thought…

  I DO get that you have an old PC and slow internet, I was in your shoes not long ago. What I DON’T get is, if you can’t upload so much then don’t keep posting them UNTIL the last one is finished. And also, don’t upload such big files if your internet is sooo slow. Besides this torrent, which I am on 99.8% for the last few days, added 10 days ago, (my share ratio is 1.09 having already upped 6.4GBs), also as stated the Star Trek one (I gave up long ago, thank christ, even Doctor Whooves which I think hasn’t finished from last year. There are more that have not finished but you get the drift. Some say, stop whinging, at least he’s sharing, but when you share a torrent, someone else will see it and say well I don’t have to upload it now as smythers has. Yet, if THAT other person did upload it, it would have been finished long ago, but he DIDN’T and we still haven’t reached 100%. Please get this and the others to 100% BEFORE you upload any more. PLEASE.

  I don’t understanding uploading from 83% - 99.8% in a few hours and then stopping right there for several days keeping everyone hanging on for the last couple of megabytes. Seems unnecessary. It would be trivial just to finish this - it’d be 10 minutes of uploading and then all of us could help out and seed. So frustrating.

  I think there’s something inherently wrong with the torrent which is why it won’t complete. All the stories are 100% except the three found under the Early Years specifically B7 episodes 3, 4 and 5.

  One remedy would be to post those stories in a separate torrent.

  I have a suggestion, just an idea really, but it MAY help if you reduce the number of peers you are seeding to in your torrent settings.

  What I am seeing is (when you are online) download seems to try (i.e. it shows 5kbs for a second) and then immediately goes back to 0kbs.

  I am wondering if there are so many trying to download on a limited bandwidth that we are effectively blocking each other out. If so reducing the number of peers (so you only seed to perhaps 5 of us at a time) will help more people get to be seeds quicker.

  Just a thought - complete unsubstantiated guesswork, but maybe worth a try.

  Actually if you are on restricted bandwidth reducing the number of peers would be a good idea anyway as it means those few peers will become full 100% seeds quicker and share the load.

  Just an idea.

  P.S. I also like jaskboka’s idea of posting those three separately if it comes to it (I don’t have those 3 ;) ).

  Ya, why cant some of us get past 4.2? Our utorrent clients (i assume thats what others are using as well, im using uTorrent Pro 3.49 build 43295) see people with 99.8 but that they are not sharing anything so we are stuck at 4.2 because thats as much as it says people are are seeding have.

  But that is beyond the point of the main issue in these comments. Will, it appears you actually dont understand how torrents work. NOthing you said had anything to do with how torrents work or dont work. It in fact just demonstrated like smythers, you dont know how they work. That along with your other post about restricting uploads and other various ideas that might help , further demonstrate you dont actually know how torrent work on a technical level.

  these problems have nothing to do with people not helping to share seed. or people complaining that the downoad is slow. Its about him biting off more than he can chew apparently, and never finishing the job. People cant seed what he hasnt shared first. If he cant commit to getting the torrent seeded to completion then he shouldnt be uploading it in the first place. Because he isnt helping anyone do that and really is just being a dickhead by doing that. May not be a concern to me, but some peoples bandwith is valuable to them because they dont have unlimited or they pay metered or whatever. Sure most of us dont have to worry about that, but not all. And if your wasting peoples resources on torrents your not even finishing then you not only dont deserve thanks you deserve the complaints.

  This is then Compounded by him being a total arrogant asshole about the situation and given his sly remarks on new torrents shows he still clearly does not know how torrents work and is misrepresenting the issue. Its not that the download is slow, its that he isnt seeding in the first place. People can only seed what they already got from him, so if he doesnt care to finish seeding what he started then they cant help seed it to others. No one is flooding him with a 100 downloads and causing no one to get it. that a total bullshit lie. he is not finishing what he starts the the problem. and he magically expects others to help him finish something he has not seeded.

  there are plenty of people willing to seed so others can get it. but we need to get it first. I always seed and almost never remove a torrent. i usually have hundreds of torrents seeding at all times, so that iim helping to seed everything ive downloaded for a long time to come. Many of my torrents are seeded at a ratio of many dozen ( ie if the torrent was like 100mb ive probably uploaded it several gigs). in fact, almost everything i download on here, i do solely to help seed to other people because i already have it. So the problem is not other people or the lack of them will to keep seeding. Plenty of us are willing to leave torrents seeding for a very long time. AGAIN, ONCE WE HAVE THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. Which is his job as the original uploader. If he cant handle seeding his own releae to completion then he needs to stick to smaller releases and stop trying to show off how cool he is with his massive collection (yet he has a piece of shit computer and internet connection that he was still somehow able to put together this collection) by uploading these big mega torrents that he cant actually handle. That deserves a bitch slap to his ego not a thanks.

  I guarantee I have every big finish release he has if not more, and im sure alot of us do. we just dont feel the need to brag in every torrent that we are the lord of big finish and have the hugest BF collection in the world, blah blah blah. and no one can say i dont help support the artist either as ive spent almost 2grand at big finish in the last 2-3 months. I like having something physical to collect.

  Also I notice that all the peers with 98% are found by DHT, not by trackers.
  So if you are one of those on 4%, you really need to activate DHT.
  Many torrents have useless trackers, but work fine on DHT.

  The files you mention aren’t identical to these, so they can’t be used it complete this torrent.

  Pointing out that fact is not “whining”.

  Anyway, I guess Smythers accidentally changed the files in question sometime between making the torrent and seeding it. Probably by editing the MP3tags.

  Possibly this torrent can be rescued or rebooted. But it’s painful to carry on a dialogue here, this isn’t a forum and only designed for brief comments on the torrent. And full of anonymous trolls.

  Gweilo, I do have my DHT activated, it makes no difference. It, mostly, seems that those of us with utorrent 3.4.5 and above can’t get past 4.2%.

  Oh! Is there anybody out there still seeding this torrent? Even just temporarily? I’ve been stuck at 99% for days now, and I can’t seem to complete it. The files won’t display either, so I have no idea which one is incomplete. Keeps telling me that it needs 18-22 hours for that last 1%… And that was three days ago. :)
