Consul54 what are you trying to play it with? It seems to work fine with VLC media player as well as Groove and MPC.

@Consul: the audio is unencrypted AAC. Should play in any media player.

I was using iTunes on my Mac. I will try VLC to see if it plays.

I found an online file conversion web site that can convert m4a to mp3. Once I did that, iTunes can finally play this audiobook. I tried VLC on my Mac, and it can play m4a files just fine. For some reason, iTunes would not play m4a files at all.
I am sorry for the complaint that it would not play.

@mitchinphxe just read your link on the forum. Didn’t notice it was in m4a thought it was m4b. M4b gives more options to add.

It was a library book AIO so it was un-chapterized.
