From the New York Times bestselling author of Star Wars: Brotherhood
The only thing harder than finding someone in a time loop is losing them.
Grieving her best friend’s recent death, neuroscientist Mariana Pineda’s ready to give up everything to start anew. Even her career—after one last week consulting at a top secret particle accelerator.
Except the strangest thing happens: a man stops her…and claims they’ve met before. Carter Cho knows who she is, why she’s mourning, why she’s there. And he needs Mariana to remember everything he’s saying.
Because time is about to loop.
In a flash of energy, it’s Monday morning. Again. Together, Mariana and Carter enter an inevitable life, four days at a time, over and over, without permanence except for what they share.
But just as they figure out this new life, everything changes. Because Carter’s memories of the time loop are slowly disappearing. And their only chance at happiness is breaking out of the loop—forever.
“This unusual and satisfying near-future time-travel adventure fires on all cylinders.” —Publishers Weekly

I’ll give it a try.
I think that “This Is How You Lose the Time War”, the 2019 novella by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone is one of the best I’ve read in this vein of love and time wars.

Thx Goomer.
The mischievous side of me:
caveat - I’m sure neither Mike Chen nor Amal El-Mohtar have done this but…
I can envisage writing a block of text, copy and paste ten times, then edit each iteration slightly and call it a time-loop story. a.k.a. how to quickly turn a novella into a full size novel without doing any work.
I suppose you could do a multiverse story in the same way.

Further thought, it’s just occurred to me that if you allow future travel as well as past travel you could have say two time lords A and B where a young A kills an older B and a young B kills an older A.
Oh wait, didn’t Ben Bova set up a situation in his early Orion series where two characters were each trying to bump off the other because the other had first tried to bump off them? (can’t remember exactly - it’s decades since I read those books).
With time travel they aren’t paradoxes, because there are at least three timelines:
{A’s, B’s, non-time-travelling universe}
